Getting Started

Before we arrange your system handover, please make sure you’ve completed the following:

  • Download the alarm system app using the QR code

  • Register for your free account within the app

  • Ensure your home broadband is active and your WiFi is working

  • Plug the alarm hub into your internet router and power it on

Complete Your Details

Once the above steps are done, simply fill in the form with your contact details, including your Property ID # which can be found on your hub

A member of our team will then be in touch to arrange your system handover, guide you through how everything works, and make sure everything is fully set up and operating correctly.

For added peace of mind, you can choose one of our extended warranty and support packages during setup.
